CSI will provide the following final order documentation upon shipment of the order:
o CSI's standard form - Certificate of Test
o MTR's (Material Traceability Report)
All above documents are FINAL documents. No preliminary or approval documents are quoted. If you have preliminary or approval document requirements, please provide details to CSI for consideration.
The above documents will be provided electronically. Please indicate in your order to whom the documents should be provided along with their e-mail information. If no designated documentation contact or department is provided, the documents will be provided to the BUYER on the PO.
The above documents will not be provided with the shipment unless otherwise noted on your PO.
